Clive Jones boasts an impressive career spanning over three decades in the realm of international mineral exploration. With a wealth of experience encompassing diverse commodities such as gold, base metals, mineral sands, iron ore, uranium, and industrial minerals, he has established himself as a seasoned expert in the field. As a founding Director of Cazaly Resources, Clive has demonstrated exceptional acumen in both corporate management and exploration endeavors, contributing significantly to the company’s achievements.

In addition to his pivotal role at Cazaly Resources, Clive holds a directorship at Bannerman Energy Limited, a prominent entity listed on both the ASX and the Namibian Stock Exchange and has held Chairman and non-executive directorships roles in several other listed resource companies. These responsibilities attest to his extensive expertise and his ability to navigate and excel within the complex landscape of the mineral exploration industry.

Tara French

Managing Director

Tara French brings 25 years of mining and exploration experience, primarily focused on Western Australia. Prior to joining Cazaly Resources, she held the esteemed position of General Manager of Exploration at Regis Resources Limited, where she led a large team for a 14-year tenure. During her time at Regis, Tara played a key role in driving the company’s transition and growth.

With a comprehensive background in project evaluation, resource estimation, and both open-cut and underground mining operations, Tara has showcased her proficiency across a range of commodities, including gold, nickel, and copper. Her expertise in these areas has been honed through practical experience and is complemented by her honours degree in Economic Metalliferous Geology.

Tara holds a BSc in Economic Metalliferous Geology, is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She possesses a solid understanding of corporate governance principles, contributing to her well-rounded skill set as a professional geologist.

Jonathan Downes

Jonathan Downes, holding a BSc in Geophysics and being a member of the Austrialian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG), boasts an extensive track record spanning over 30 years in the mineral and energy sectors. His expertise lies in project identification and development, with a diverse background encompassing both geological and corporate roles.

Jonathan’s proficiency extends to various commodities, including nickel, gold, base metals, and electrical energy solutions. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in numerous private and public capital raisings, underscoring his adeptness in securing funding for strategic initiatives. As a founding director of Moly Mines Ltd, Ironbark Zinc Limited, and Siberia Mining Corporation Ltd, he has been instrumental in steering these companies towards success.

Presently, Jonathan holds the position of Managing Director at Kaiser Reef Limited, where he continues to exhibit his exceptional leadership skills. Moreover, he serves on the boards of Kingswest Resources Limited, Nickel X Limited, and Corazon Mining Limited, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and experience to contribute to the growth and development of these organizations.

Terry Gardiner has been involved in capital markets, corporate advising, stockbroking & derivatives trading for over 20 years.  For the past twelve years Terry has been an Executive Director of boutique broker Barclay Wells Ltd.  He is also Chairman of Charger Metals NL and holds other directorships with various ASX listed and unlisted public companies.

Mike Robbins has over 25 years resource industry experience gathered at both operational and corporate levels, both within Australia and overseas.  During that time, he has held numerous project and head office management positions and is also Company Secretary for Galan Lithium Limited.
