Karen is a geologist with over 20 years of experience across all stages of the mining cycle, including exploration, production, and resource estimation in both Australia and Europe. She has held senior positions at Silver Lake Resources Limited, Doray Minerals Limited, and served as CEO of Jindalee Resources. Karen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science/Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Science in Energy and Mineral Economics, and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance as both a lawyer and investment banker, he was also an inaugural Director of the $5bn Northern Australia Infrastructure Fund (NAIF). Justin holds a combined degree in Commerce and Law (with Honours).

Lindsay is a geologist with over 40 years of experience in multicommodity exploration, including senior roles with Amoco and Exxon, was a founding Director of Dalrymple Resources. He founded and has managed Jindalee since its inception. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).
Jimmy is a geologist with 16 years of experience in project generation, brownfields exploration, and resource development across Australia, Africa, and Canada, most recently served as Exploration Manager for Jindalee Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Ore Deposit Geology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).
Tanh Doan

Tanh is a geologist with over 33 years of exploration experience, including 17 years with WMC and BHP Billiton, focused on regional and near-mine exploration in Kambalda, Leinster, and Mt Keith. More recently, Tanh served as Principal Exploration Geologist with Mincor Resources for 10 years. He is credited with several significant nickel discoveries in Western Australia, including Mariners (1989), Miitel (1991), Harmony (1998), and Cassini (2015).
