Dr Neale Fong

Dr Fong has expansive experience in management and leadership of several large and complex organisations especially in the health and human services field, he is a qualified medical practitioner holding Bachelor’s Degrees in Medicine and Surgery and an MBA Degree from the University of Western Australia. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Regent College, University of British Columbia. 

Dr Fong has over 35 years’ experience in the health services and strategic planning, he was Chairman of Bethesda Hospital and held this position till 2019 when he was appointed CEO. 

Formerly the Deputy Chair, Bethanie Group, interim CEO, Peel Health Campus, and Chair of ASX listed Chrysalis Resources (CYS). A recognised business leader, has held several other ASX Company Director, Executive and Non-Executive board positions. 

This expansive experience was recognised by the Minister of Health, evidential by Dr Fong’s appointment as the Chair, WA Country Health Service Board. 

In addition to being named a  finalist in the 2010 Western Australian Citizen of the Year Award (Community Service), he is a recipient of the Centenary of Federation Medal in 2003.

Greg is a founder of InteliCare and has been in the Information and Communications Technology industry for over 30 years and during that time has established and continues to oversee multiple successful companies and held multiple executive level roles spanning management, technology and innovation. Greg was a co-founder and previously chief technology officer of Empired Limited (ASX:EPD). He also co-founded Frontline Services (of which he is a director), BigRedSky Limited and founded Alkypro Fuel Systems. He founded and is currently a director and CEO of Blockhead Technologies Pty Ltd.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Business (Information Processing).

Tim Chapman

Tim has over 25 years’ experience in financial services, having advised on a myriad of corporate transactions and capital raisings for public and private companies through IPOs, private placements, reverse takeovers and many mergers and acquisitions. Tim has spent the past 15 years of his career advising micro and small companies across a range of industries but with a focus on healthcare and health tech.

Tim is currently the chairman of HeraMED (ASX), a medical data company leading the digital transformation of maternity care with state-of-the-art technology and human centred experience design. Tim is also Founder and Executive Director of Clarity Capital Advisors Pty Ltd, through which he has been supporting InteliCare in an advisory capacity over the past 18 months.

Neil works closely with ASX boards, directors, CEO’s, government enterprises and private boards on strategic and corporate governance requirements. Neil has project-managed multiple corporate transactions including public equity capital raisings, debt financing, corporate takeovers and business acquisitions and has 25 years’ ASX company expertise. His current ASX board positions are Hastings Technology Metals Ltd (ASX:HAS), Ardiden Limited (ASX:ADV) and Calima Energy Ltd (ASX:CE1).

Neil holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia, post-graduate qualifications in applied finance and investment, post-graduate qualifications in financial planning, is a graduate and facilitator with the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
