Tony brings over 30 years of experience in the minerals industry, having held senior roles in Operations, Strategy and Planning, Business Development, and Business Transformation for BHP and Rio Tinto. He has successfully led teams across Australia, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Tony holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Jennifer Morris

Jennifer Morris is an accomplished corporate executive and non-executive director with extensive experience advising corporations and government entities on strategy development, governance controls, large-scale business transformation, human capital, ESG (environment, social, and governance) policies, and understanding high-performance environments, including elite sport.

Jennifer is a former partner of global professional services firm Deloitte, where she spent over 10 years working across mining, government, and transport sectors. She also served as a Senior Marketing Analyst for Rio Tinto Iron Ore. Currently, Jennifer is a non-executive director for several public and private listed companies, including ASX-listed copper producer Sandfire Resources Ltd (ASX:SFR), natural resources investment bank and stockbroking firm Argonaut, and recently for iron ore producer Fortescue Metals Group Ltd (ASX:FMG).

Shane McLeay

Shane is a highly respected mining engineer and senior manager in the resource sector with over 25 years’ experience. He has a strong track record in starting up and operating mines of varying scale, with a skillset that includes project management, building highly capable teams and overseeing operational ramp-up to steady-state production.

Shane also gained extensive experience in senior operational site management, predominantly in gold and base metal hard rock mines, prior to founding Entech in 2010.

He has since been involved in a diverse range of projects, both national and international, over a broad range of commodities, providing services including mining due diligence assessments, mining scoping studies, mining pre-feasibility and definitive feasibility studies.

Adrienne is a highly esteemed lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the infrastructure and resources sector.

She has extensive legal, commercial, and business expertise specialising in delivery of large construction, engineering, energy and mining projects across a number of jurisdictions, worldwide. Adrienne was most recently a partner and Head of the Perth office of a global law firm and Chair of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia’s and the Law Society of WA’s Construction and Infrastructure Law Committee.

Adrienne is currently a Non-executive Director of Fleetwood Limited (ASX:FWD), Resolute Mining Limited (ASX:RSG) and NRW Holdings Limited (ASX:NWH).
