Novatti Group Limited (ASX:NOV)

Mark was appointed as CEO of Novatti in 2023 having played a key role in managing several major projects, including the continued investment in Novatti’s Acquiring business, growing the Issuing business in his previous role at Novatti as Executive General Manager of Payments. Prior to joining Novatti, Mark held key leadership roles in the payment industry, including as the Managing Director of Global Payments Australia, Chief Operating Officer at Ezidebit and eWAY and EVP and Chief Risk Officer for the Neovia Financial (now Paysafe) Group.

Mark is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon; holds a Bachelors of Science from Edith Cowan University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.

Peter is an accountant by profession with extensive experience as a director and officer of ASX-listed entities. He brings more than 15 years of experience in operational management, business administration and project evaluation in the IT, hospitality and mining sectors.   Peter is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Family Zone Education (ASX:FZO) and a Non-Executive Director of Dubber Corporation (ASX: DUB), and VRX Silica (ASX: VRX).   Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a current member of the Certified Practising Accountants of Australia, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University.

Peter’s career has been largely based on founding and leading telecommunications and payments companies in Australia, Canada, Africa and Asia. This includes multiple exits to public-listed and private equity-backed companies in Australia and the US. Prior experience includes management and sales positions with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) and Telstra. Peter is a regular speaker and thought-leader on entrepreneurship, innovation, digital transformation and payments.   

Peter is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon; has completed a BSc (UNSW), a Grad Dip Computing (Canberra) and the Graduate Diploma in Securities course from the Securities Institute of Australia. Peter is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kenneth is the Managing Director of Prestige Team Limited, an investment company with interests in real estate, payment processing, digital marketing, and IT support in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. He has funded Silicon Valley tech funds targeting Asian markets and co-founded Legend World Development Technology Limited, offering IT and marketing solutions. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Auckland.

Dharsh is a senior leader focused on driving organisational growth with extensive experience in transformation and change management. Her background includes senior finance and business roles in ASX listed Melbourne IT, Wesfarmers, Telstra and Australia Post.

Dharsh is a current member of the Certified Practising Accountants of Australia, holds a Masters in Business Accounting from Monash University and Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe.

Killian is a financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in capital markets across Ireland, the UK, US, and Australia. He has held roles such as Head of Industrials at Petra Capital, CIMB Australia, and Davy, assisting tech and payments companies with investor relations and growth capital. Killian holds an MA and BA (Hons) in Economics from University College Dublin, Ireland.
