Headquartered in Perth, Stormeur operates 17 fully owned clinics across Australia known for their exceptional patient care and streamlined digital services. Cosmetique

Cosmetique, a brand of Stormeur Ltd, is a leading provider of non-surgical cosmetic treatments in Australia which was established in 2017. With 17 clinics strategically located across major cities, Cosmetique offers a comprehensive range of services, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, and advanced skin care treatments. Each clinic is designed to provide a seamless patient experience, from digital booking and payment systems to high-quality care delivered by extensively trained professions. In the 12 month period to 21 July 2024, Cosmetique provided more than 300,000 treatments to patients across its clinics.

Vivek is the co-founder and key figure in Cosmetique’s success. Vivek holds medical and business qualifications, enhancing Cosmetique’s operational excellence. His media presence and advocacy have bolstered Cosmetique’s brand recognition. Retired successfully from Medical Practice in 2021 to concentrate on Cosmetique.

Mr Roger Blow is one of Australia's leading litigation lawyers.

With a Bachelor of Laws degree from the esteemed University of Bristol, he has amassed over 20 years of experience as a solicitor and partner in some of Australia's and the UK's largest law firms. Mr. Blow's areas of expertise encompass Health Law, regulatory matters, Tax Disputes, Media Law, IT law, and Defamation, with a specific focus on the healthcare sector, particularly Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery. As a go-to expert on multiple areas of law, Mr Blow frequently provides insightful commentary for television, radio stations, and newspapers. In his current role,

Mr. Blow serves as the Practice Director of Cove Legal and is an active committee member of the Australian Society for Computers and Law. A passionate advocate for charitable causes, he is the founder of the Australian Charity Corporate Battle of the Bands and actively participates in the 'Ride for Youth' rides from Albany to Perth, supporting the vital work of Youth Focus.

Sam Wright

Sam Wright has 20 years of experience in the administration of ASX listed companies, corporate governance and corporate finance. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the Governance Institute of Australia.    

Sam is currently a director of ASX listed companies; Great Dirt Resources Ltd, Reach Resources Ltd and Structural Monitoring Systems Plc.     Mr Wright is currently Company Secretary for ASX and London Stock Exchange dual listed company, Resolute Mining Ltd as well as ASX and Börse Frankfurt dual listed company, Buxton Resources Ltd.     Sam has also filled the role of Director and Company Secretary with companies in Australia, North America and the United Kingdom.   

Mr Wright is the Managing Director of Perth-based corporate advisory firm Straight Lines Consultancy, specialising in the provision of corporate services to listed companies.

Sam has extensive experience in relation to public company responsibilities, including ASX and ASIC compliance, control and implementation of corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, merger and acquisition transactions, IPO listings and shareholder relations with both retail and institutional investors.

Tess has assumed various influential positions, ranging from company directorships to chairperson roles, as well as holding senior management and advisory capacities across both private and government sectors.

Joel Ives

Mr Ives is a Chartered Accountant who has held numerous roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of private and public start-up technology and resource exploration companies.

He is a founding director of LCP Corporate which specialises in corporate accounting and IPO management and provides CFO and company secretary services to a range of ASX listed entities. He has assisted a number of ASX listings, via both IPOs and RTOs and has ensured ongoing regulatory compliance post-listing.

Mr Ives is currently a Company Secretary of Green Technology Metals Limited (ASX:GT1) and Australian Potash Limited (ASX:APC) and Joint Company Secretary of OD6 Metals Limited (ASX:OD6) and Kuniko Limited (ASX:KNI).
